Thursday-Saturday $700 per hour
Welcome to The Study. Maximum seated in this space is 30 people, and the maximum cocktail hour is 45 people.

Event Linguistics
Rental fee + F&B minimum = Total
There is no deposit fee for individual floors. However, if you cancel 30 days up until the event there will be a charge to the card on file. The charge will be 20% of the total event
Any event that stays over their paid duration will be charged the hourly rate.
There is a 20% gratuity added to the total. This does not include the rental fee.
Any damages to the space rented will also be charged to the card on file.
